ExpressPoint also performs both process and product audits to ensure we are exceeding our standards and the demands of our customers. Our stringent ESD (Electro Static Discharge) program has received accolades from both our customers and our ISO registrar. Our staff holds IPC, A+, OEM and Microsoft certifications and is equally versed in component level and whole unit repair. Working in an ISO 9001:2000 quality conscious environment, our technical staff provides OEM quality workmanship on computers, servers, network & wireless products, printers, monitors and all point-of-sale equipment.
Lean Six Sigma
In 2006 we launched a Lean Six Sigma initiative. More than 50 people have completed the Lean Six Sigma training which focuses on the principles and methodologies of Lean Manufacturing and the Six Sigma DMAIC toolkit. To date, over 25 projects have been completed and range from facility improvements to production layout and design.
The training program focuses on the fundamental process improvement tools such as:

- 7 Types of Waste
- Value Stream Mapping
- Kaizen Events
- Project Definition
- Statistical Controls
- Sustained Improvement
- Continuous Improvement
This methodology and set of principles enables our processes to be constantly evaluated and improved. For our customers this equates to a better repair and an extended lifecycle for their equipment.
